GrowthSpire Consulting LLC uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, fulfill digital orders, deliver requested resources, and send optional business tips when you subscribe.
When you buy a download, Squarespace and our connected payment processor handle checkout, order records, receipts, and delivery. GrowthSpire does not need your full payment-card details to fulfill an order. When you request a free resource or contact us, we may store your contact information and request in Squarespace Contacts and HubSpot. Calendly processes the details you provide when you book a consultation.
The GrowthSpire QuickScan runs in your browser. Taking it does not by itself create a CRM record or enroll you in marketing. The scorecard form explains what information it collects. Requested resource delivery and optional marketing are separate choices.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers as needed to operate the website, process payments, deliver downloads, manage customer relationships, and handle bookings. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Squarespace provides website traffic and commerce analytics. HubSpot provides optional website analytics and contact-form tools. We use analytics to understand website use and improve the customer experience. Optional HubSpot tracking cookies require your opt-in; its banner supports category choices, Decline All, and Global Privacy Control signals. You can reopen HubSpot preferences below. Use the persistent Cookie Preferences button for Squarespace choices. Essential forms, the QuickScan, product browsing, and checkout remain available when optional tracking is declined. Do not enter passwords, payment-account numbers, or sensitive personal details into the assessment or general inquiry forms.
We keep records for as long as needed to fulfill requests, operate the business, and meet applicable accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by emailing james@growthspireconsulting.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
Marketing subscribers can unsubscribe through the link in each marketing email. Buying a product or requesting a scorecard does not automatically authorize promotional emails. Contact us at james@growthspireconsulting.com with privacy questions.
