Digital Product Terms & Refunds

Digital products are sold by GrowthSpire Consulting LLC as one-time purchases in USD. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. No physical shipment or recurring membership is included.

The Prompt Vault, Execution System, and Pipeline Playbook are printable PDFs. The Starter System is one ZIP containing five PDFs. These are static files, not fillable forms or software. You need a device that can read PDFs and, for the bundle, open ZIP files. AI-tool access is required to use the prompts and is not included.

After successful checkout, Squarespace provides a download link and sends order/download emails to the address used for the purchase. Download links expire after 24 hours; opening an expired link can request a refreshed link by email. Keep a local copy once you download the files. The purchasing business and its internal team may use and print the resources internally. The files may not be resold, republished, shared as competing products, or distributed outside that business. You may use the work you create from the prompts after reviewing it.

These resources are business education and planning tools. They do not include individualized consulting, legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice. No revenue, growth, or other performance outcome is guaranteed. Consulting and implementation require separate scope and pricing.

Refunds and delivery support

Because these products are delivered digitally, change-of-mind returns after successful delivery generally are not offered. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, received the wrong file, or cannot access a usable file, contact james@growthspireconsulting.com within seven days of purchase. We will first help restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot reasonably resolve a technical delivery problem, we will refund the affected product. Duplicate charges will be corrected after verification.

This policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
